KISSIPENNE’S “BUY” REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that there are FOUR ways to purchase an item from KissiPenne’s e-commerce site: “Buy”, “Bid”, “Offer”, or “Layaway”. Thus, KissiPenne has applied a different refund and exchange policy.

“BUY”

Terms:

  1. “Buy”: purchased from KissiPenne.com as a direct sale not as a “Bid”, “Offer”, or “Layaway”.
  2. “Purchaser”: the person whose credit or debit card was used to pay for an item or items from kissipenne.com.
  3. “Not As Described”: the item or items received by the customer is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the listing description.
  4. “Two Business Days”: Monday through Friday of any week. If a state or federal holiday falls on the business day, the next day is considered the business day.
  5. “Shipping Address”: the address linked to the credit or debit card used to pay for an item or items from kissipenne.com.

“POLICY”

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS IS, WHERE IS, AS FOUND.
  • All items’ descriptions are supported by images taken by a standard device.
  • If an item, purchased as “BUY” is not as described, please notify us, by email, within 2 business days of delivery.
  • “Not as described” status will depend on photo documentation provided on our website, at the time of the sale. We understand that items may become damaged through shipping. Please notify us immediately with the maximum time being no more than two (2) business days of receipt of the item. You must file a claim with the carrier. It is unlawful to file false claims.
  • Description(s) are given to the best of our visual ability. To ensure quality customer service, we welcome your request for additional pictures or a live video prior to purchase.
  • The absence of a description does not imply that an item is free from defects or restoration, nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of other defects.
  • If and when (within two days or a reasonable time not more than three (3) days) we determine that an item the Purchaser seeks to receive a refund for is not as described significantly, per the images loaded onto our website, at the time of purchase, and thereby a refund is granted, we will offer the Purchaser a refund of the purchase price only.
  • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
    1. You must ship the item back to the address provided to you in the communications confirmation email, within two (2) business days of our email acknowledgment.
    2. the Item(s) must be returned via an agreed-upon carrier,
    3. in its original packaging (box & internal padding included),
    4. insured for its purchased price with delivery tracking,
    5. and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped.
    6. Purchaser pays for return shipping & insurance,
    7. after we verify that the returned item is as originally shipped, we will send an email, to the purchaser honoring our agreement for a full-refund, exchange, or in-store credit within 2 business days including agreed upon shipping cost.
  • RETURNED PAYMENT
    1. Full refund will be issued by the same method of payment. Ex: Debit Card or Credit Cards will be refunded as such; Payment by Money Order will be issued a United States Postal Service (USPS) Money Order; E-Payments like PayPal or Venmo will be refunded accordingly.
  • Evidence of tampering with or use of the item including wear, odor, or damage will not be refunded.
  • There is a Twenty Percent (20%) restocking fee on ALL returns.
  • Perishable foods, perfumes, nail polish, and personal care items such as beauty/skincare products, pantyhose, socks and underwear ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
